Terms and Conditions Persons entering the 2008 MS Sydney to the Gong Bike Ride must agree to the following: I understand that cycling on public roads is a potentially hazardous activity. I attest that I am physically fit and that my bike is in a sound mechanical order
prior to undertaking the event. During this event I agree to wear a
cycling helmet, abide the directions of NSW Police and route marshals
and ride with care and consideration of others on the road. In
consideration of MS Limited permitting me to enter and participate in
the MS Sydney to the Gong Bike Ride on Sunday 2
November 2008 and as a condition of such entry. I release Multiple
Sclerosis Limited (MSL), ABN 66 004 942 287, its servants and agents
from all claims for injury, loss or damage of whatever kind I might
suffer as a result of any acts or omissions whether negligent or
otherwise of MS limited, its servants or agents in relation to the
event. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Refund Policy Please note that requests for refunds must be received before 17th October 2008.
